Led Clara Szabo

Sunday 26 April I 8:30 am to 10 am
Join us for a special yoga session dedicated to healing, empowerment, and solidarity. This class is more than just a practice—it’s a way to give back. All proceeds from the session will go directly to support women and children survivors of violence, providing them with resources, care, and hope for a brighter future.

Through mindful movement e conscious breathing Yoga offers a space to reconnect with your body, cultivate inner strength, and extend compassion beyond yourself. Every pose, every breath, and every intention will contribute to a meaningful cause, turning your practice into a powerful act of support. In this session is we will go through foundational postures of the Hatha Yoga Tradition, beginning with postures that stabilize spine and hips, followed by variety of Sun Salutations and Standing Asanas which are used as a full body and breath integration. After that we gradually move towards more calming stretches—focusing on grounding and balancing the Nervous System. We finalize the class with Pranayama and Meditation leaving you feeling both physically renewed and mentally refreshed.

All levels welcome.
